Marissa Worcester
Founder of Worcester Architects Limited, established in 2010. Marissa has always been dedicated to offering clients with a high quality, professional and personal service across all stages of services that Architects offer.
Making use of the experience gained from working in the field of Architecture since 2000, on commercial, residential and retail projects, Marissa has successfully ensured that Worcester Architects has been given the devotion it needed to grow into the very successful business it has become.
Marissa has been a registered Architect since 2009 and is a RIBA Chartered
Member.
Marissa and Dean have an established professional relationship that has developed by working on an extensive number of collaborative projects since 2018.
This successful partnership has lead to the decision to form Worcester Lloyd Limited.
A newly established company that invokes vast knowledge and experience in Architecture, Structural Engineering and Interior Design.
Worcester Lloyd work on projects across the Midlands and wider UK regions.
Dean Lloyd
Dean founded Bargate Design Structural Engineers Limited in 2017 and has successfully established himself and Bargate Design as highly reputable in the field of Structural Engineering.
With over 20 years of hands-on design experience in construction Dean is a proactive, practical and approachable Structural Engineer.
Dean has worked in both public and private sectors, on a vast range of projects that range from minor works to large scale commercial developments worldwide including the UK, Europe and Africa.
George Neocleous
Since qualifying from Nottingham Trent University in 2021 as a Part I Architectural Designer, George has gained expansive knowledge in the field of architecture and practice management. George has always had a great interest in architecture and design, so fulfilling his passion for design has been a great achievement of his career.
Since joining in 2023, George has been an invaluable part of the Worcester Lloyd team, where his role has expanded greatly during this time. From initial feasibility ideas, through to works completion George provides all of our clients with great care and attention to detail with passion.
George is currently working towards the completion of his Part II architecture degree and is on track to becoming a fully qualified architect by 2028, a role that we are in full support of.
Seb Wilson
Having qualified in 2023 as an Architectural Technologist, Seb is proficient in applying the correct composition of construction materials and building junctions. He also has a strong foundational understanding of low energy design principles through experience in designing to AECB and Passivhaus standards.
Seb is excited to have joined the Worcester Lloyd team and is looking forward to becoming engaged in projects at an earlier stage, including concept design and planning. The next goal for Seb long-term is to become a fully-fledged member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT).
Pete Allen
Having a wealth of knowledge across all sectors of architecture, Pete is involved in all aspects of the running of projects from feasibility designs, contract administration up to completion on site, therefore is invaluable to Worcester Lloyd.
Pete`s passion for architecture and the built environment is strongly evident as he is successfully on track to become a fully qualified architect by 2026.
